Can I personalise my order?

There are multiple ways of personalising a piece of jewellery, whether by engraving special messages, using stones that are relevant to you or your loved ones… Adding meaning to a piece of jewellery makes it even more sentimental and personal. 

Please email us at info@charlottelehardy.com to discuss any variations or special requests such as engraving, stone setting etc.

Can you deliver my piece quickly?

Each piece of jewellery bought from our website is specially hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow a possible 2 - 3 weeks from placing your order, to your jewellery being dispatched. 

If you have left it to the last minute and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then send us an an email at info@charlottelehardy.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How much does delivery cost?

We want the whole world to enjoy our jewellery! So we now ship worldwide. That means everywhere, as long as you have an address, we can send you something from Charlotte le Hardy.

EU delivery is free.

For Non-EU International delivery we charge a flat fee of £20.

Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
